Return and Refund Policy for Digify Art

At Digify Art, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer high-quality digital and physical art products, including posters and canvases. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below to understand your options for returns and refunds.


1. Digital Artwork Sales

All sales of digital artwork are final due to the nature of digital downloads. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage customers to carefully review product details and preview images before purchase.

2. Physical Products (Posters and Canvases)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your physical product, please review our return eligibility below:

  • Return Eligibility:

    • Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be in original condition and packaging.
    • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged or if the incorrect product was shipped, you are eligible for a return with return shipping covered by Digify Art. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • For returns due to dissatisfaction (e.g., if you simply do not like the product), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
    • For returns due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), Digify Art will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Return Process:

    • Contact us at https://digifyart.com/pages/contact with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the damage).
    • Once your return request is approved, please follow the provided instructions for shipping the product back to us.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Physical Products: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, the item may already be in production, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • Digital Products: Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-cancellable after purchase.

4. Refund Eligibility Summary

  • Digital Products: Non-refundable once downloaded.
  • Posters and Canvases: Refunds or replacements available for damaged or incorrect items; returns accepted if you are dissatisfied, but you must cover the return shipping.
  • Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors: Please contact us in case of billing errors or duplicate payments, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
