1. Order Processing Times
- Digital Products: Digital artwork is available for download immediately upon successful payment confirmation. You will receive an email with the download link.
- Physical Products (Posters and Canvases): Orders for posters and canvases are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Times and Costs

Standard Shipping: Shipping times vary depending on the destination. On average, delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (USA): 5-7 business days
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of the item, and the selected shipping method.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
